Zon2 Wellness is a platform for booking physical therapy and wellness appointments. It handles sensitive health data, so security and user experience had to be right from day one.
The challenge
Validate the whole platform before launch: booking, rescheduling, payments, cancellations and sign-up, on web and iPhone, with special attention to data security.
What we did
- Functional testing of booking, rescheduling, payment and cancellation flows.
- Mobile testing to catch cut-off screens and buttons.
- Security review: session handling, headers and dependencies.
- Formal reports with severity and acceptance criteria for the development team.
The result
The team received prioritized security, business-rule and mobile findings to fix before going live, instead of discovering them with real patients.
